For damaged item delivered or incorrect product delivered to you, we will offer product exchanges subject to us getting email intimation from you within 48 working hours of receipt of goods by you. Please include as many details as possible about the order along with images of the problem with the productsgoods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
Should a product not be available in stock for the purposes of return, we will offer you store credit of the equivalent amount. We do not offer Refunds.
